AIAdopt helps organisations turn knowledge about AI into responsible practice at work. With online training and advice we make AI understandable and practical for employees, managers and specialists. People, knowledge and everyday work are central to that.

AI only becomes meaningful when people can work with it. We believe in organisations where employees recognise possibilities, feel free to ask questions and carefully consider when AI can help. Technology supports the work. Human judgement and responsibility remain indispensable.
Our mission
We want to make AI literacy accessible to the whole organisation. With clear explanations and familiar work situations we help people take the step from getting to know AI to applying it. Learning about AI then becomes part of employees' professional development.

Understandable
Clear explanations bring AI closer to the workplace. We make possibilities and risks concrete with examples from everyday practice.
Relevant
Different roles call for different knowledge. Our training matches the work of employees, managers and specialists, with further training for specific sectors.
Demonstrable
An exam and a personal certificate on passing make visible what participants have learned. Organisations can record who was trained and what they were assessed on.
From knowledge to the workplace
Our online training can be completed independently in Dutch, French and English. For healthcare, education and public services we offer further training covering situations and risks specific to each sector. With advice we also help organisations map their AI use, assess its impact and set up or improve AI policy.
Learning also calls for current content. Through our own EU AI Act Monitor we follow relevant developments and assess what they mean for what we offer. We update the content where needed.
Our background
The basis of AIAdopt lies in the training and IT background of founder Rob Ummels. He ran a training institute for IT and personal development for 17 years and has ten years of IT experience in municipal organisations.
