AIAdopt provides online AI literacy training, consulting and advice to organisations in Belgium and the Netherlands.


What data do we collect?

We collect only data that you provide to us yourself:

Via the contact form: your name, email address, organisation name and your message.

Via the quote configurator: your name, email address, organisation name, country and, optionally, the email address of the quote recipient.

Via the compliance checklist (lead magnet): your name and email address.

We collect no data via cookies or tracking technologies. See our Cookie Policy for more information.


What do we use your data for?

Sending a quote: when you request a quote, we use your data to compile the quote and send it by email. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sending the compliance checklist: when you download the checklist, we use your name and email address to send the checklist by email. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Answering a contact request: when you fill in the contact form, we use your data to answer your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.


Who do we share your data with?

We share your data only with the following parties, solely for the purposes mentioned above:

Resend (email service): for sending quotes, the compliance checklist and contact confirmations. Resend processes data in accordance with the GDPR. More information: Resend Privacy Policy

Plausible Analytics (web statistics), for anonymised visitor statistics without cookies and without personal data. All data is processed and stored solely within the European Union. More information: Plausible Data Policy

Cloudflare (hosting and analytics): our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects anonymised visitor statistics without cookies and without personal data. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not provide your data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA).


How long do we keep your data?

Quote data: a maximum of 12 months after the quote is sent, unless a customer relationship arises.

Contact form: a maximum of 6 months after the last contact.

Lead magnet (checklist): a maximum of 12 months after download, unless you indicate earlier that you want your data removed.

Customer data: for the duration of the contract and thereafter in accordance with the statutory retention obligation (7 years for accounting data).


What are your rights?

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

Right of access: you can request which data we hold about you.

Right to rectification: you can have inaccurate data corrected.

Right to erasure: you can ask to have your data removed.

Right to restriction: you can ask to restrict the processing of your data.

Right to portability: you can ask to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

Right to object: you can object to the processing of your data on the basis of legitimate interest.

Right to withdraw consent: if the processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
