Model Withdrawal Form

This form is intended for consumers who bought an individual training from AIAdopt and want to exercise their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal; see articles 7 and 19 of the Terms and Conditions.

You do not have to use this form: an unambiguous statement by e-mail is enough. Send your withdrawal to [email protected].

Please note: if, when ordering, you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access is activated, that right has expired for the part already performed. This is also stated in your order confirmation.

What happens after your withdrawal?

We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail. Amounts already paid are refunded no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

If you asked us to begin performance during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what has already been provided at the time of your withdrawal.
